Ivan Mokanov is Chief Editor of CanLII (Canadian Legal Information Institute). CanLII is the largest resource providing free electronic access to Canadian law. Ivan also acts as consultant in other LexUM projects sponsored by the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Canada, the World Bank, the International Telecommunication Union, the United Nations
Development Program. Prior to joining LexUM, Ivan Mokanov acted as senior counsel for the Department of Justice, Bulgaria.

Ivan Mokanov is a graduate from the Sofia University, B.C.L., and the University of Montreal, LL.M.
